Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. There is no minimum commitment. You can cancel at any time.

Is fraud the only thing I need to worry about?

No. There are many other protentional issues that can be monitored. Liens, including tax liens, contractor liens, and HOA liens can be filed and can affect your ownership.

Many other documents can be filed on your property that can affect your ownership. With title monitoring, we are able to keep you informed of changes to your title and alert you to any changes.

I have identity theft protection. Why do I also need this service?

Property fraud isn’t covered by identity theft policies.

I bought title insurance when I purchased my home. Why do I need Secure Title Lock?

Title insurance insures the property up to the point that you purchased the home. It doesn’t cover future damages. Our service monitors your title activities after your purchase.
